Sheriff CSM does not offer a tool to back up or restore the entire system collectively. However, you can back up or restore your data and system configurations separately. You can also restore the Sheriff CSM hardware appliance to its factory status if needed.
If you need to transfer backup files from one Sheriff CSM to another, for example, from a defective Sheriff CSM to its RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) replacement, you can use either an SFTP client on Windows, such as WinSCP; or the SCP protocol on Linux.
